Ballinashinnagh Kilipedder

The land measuring c. 11 Ha (27.18 Acres) is irregular in shape adjoins the former firing range at Ballinashinnagh on three sides. The land is relatively level and there is approximately 150m frontage onto a secondary road linking Kilpedder and Roundwood village. The land has an established crop of fir trees planted circa 10 years. The site is elevated with extensive views overlooking Wicklow Bay.
The surrounding land use is predominantly in forestry with some agricultural land in the vicinity. There is a low-density mix of one-off rural housing mainly below the land with one residential property adjoining the forestry land. See attached map in Appendix. Not to scale for identification only.
